If you would like to work and you are not yet 18 years of age, you will need a work permit.

How to Get a Work Permit During the Summer :

Beginning Monday, June 3, 2012
  1. Download/pick up and Complete Work Permit Application Form. PDF document
  2. Drop off your completed work permit application form PDF document at the Work Experience office at Adult Education Office, Palo Alto High School Tower Bldg., 1st floor. Office hours Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  3. After submitting the completed form it will be processed. Allow three days for permit processing.
  4. Official Work Permit will be mailed to employer.
Please Do Not take the permits to the District Office. If you have questions contact Leticia Martinez at (650) 868-9333
