TPP (Transition Partnership Program)
The Transition Partnership Program (TPP) connects high school students with disabilities to the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR)* and assists with their transition to work. TPP helps students overcome barriers to employment such as physical or mental disabilities or drug/alcohol related problems. Assistance may include direct job development, vocational training, or post-secondary education.

Each student in TPP is assigned to a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. The counselor and PAUSD staff work with students until they are successfully placed in employment for a minimum of 90 days.

Applying to TPP – provides information about eligibility and the application process.

If you are a teacher and would like to refer a student to the TPP program, please read over the requirements listed on Applying to TPP and fill out a Consent Form ( PDF 20K ).
