Palo Alto Adult School offers classes to adults in the Bay Area. You do not need to live in the Palo Alto Unified School District to attend classes. Classes are offered during the day and evening at multiple Palo Alto locations.
We offer a wide variety of classes, including:
- English as a Second Language (ESL) with day and evening classes
- Parent Education—including parent-participation Pre-School Family and Parents' Nursery School
- Older Adult classes—offered in collaboration with community agencies
- Vocational Education—including an FAA-approved Aircraft Maintenance Technician School
- High school diploma coursework
- US Citizenship coursework
- Community interest classes such as art, computers, cooking, foreign languages, health and fitness, and music
